The Weld-On P-68 Primer is a high-performance solvent primer designed to prepare PVC  and fittings for solvent cementing by rapidly softening and dissolving the joining surfaces. It features ultra-low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions—approximately 30% lower than typical primers—and is available in a clear variant for a cleaner visual finish.
